Booking Appointments Online:
In order to book appointments online, you must first have a patient profile completed through our online “Patient Portal”.
Same day appointments cannot be booked online. Call us to book same day (based on availability).
Appointments can be booked 48 hours or more in advance. This allows us time to communicate in case any additional information is needed before your session.
Payment/Insurance:
We currently accept 1) Medicare Part B, or 2) Private Payment (or “Direct Cash Pay”) via credit or debit card.
At this time we do not accept any private commercial insurance, and are considered “Out of Network” for all plans.
Benefits of Private Payment (or “Direct Cash Pay”):
No physician referral needed. (See us when you want, right away)
No insurance paperwork or guesswork.
You and your clinician decide your treatment plan and duration, not the insurance.
You can still submit for potential reimbursement if you have regular insurance.
We can supply an itemized receipt (know as a “Superbill”) for you to submit for possible reimbursement by your insurance. However, we cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover the services provided. We encourage you to speak with your insurance ahead of time to understand your coverage.
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Late Cancellation + No Show Policies:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us more than 24 business hours in advance via phone or the “Patient Portal” at no charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours notice, or missed appointments, will incur the following fees, charged to the credit card on file:
