How does your process work?

Click the “Schedule An Appointment” or “Patient Portal” button. Alternatively, you can call (503) 389-5583 to connect directly.
In the “Patient Portal” share your information and complete the required forms.
Schedule an Appointment online.
The first appointment will be an in-office evaluation.
After initial evaluation, begin individualized treatment sessions.
Which location(s) do you serve?

In-Office = We serve the Greater Portland, OR Metro area, and surrounding suburbs, including: Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Forest Grove, and more, through our in-office setting.
*We also serve all of Oregon through Telehealth
Do I need a doctors referral?

We will require a referral from a physician if you plan to have your services covered by insurance.
Do you accept insurance?

CURRENTLY - We accept private payment via credit or debit card (including HSA & FSA accounts), and do not currently accept any private/commercial insurance.
IN PROGRESS - We are in the process of securing credentials with Medicare and other insurances. We will provide updates soon on availability.
* We can supply an itemized receipt (know as a “superbill”) for you to submit for possible insurance reimbursement. However, we cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover services provided.
**Full payment is due at the time of your appointment, regardless of your insurance coverage.
Do you work with children or teens?

We do not work with children, however we do provide treatment for high school teens and young adults. Our priority is cognitive rehabilitation, not language development. We focus treatment on sports, and accident/injury related concussions.
Do you offer services in other languages?

Yes. We can provide care in Spanish.
